How It Works

Three steps from quote to container on your property.

1

Tell Us What You Need

Fill out the form or call/text us. Share your ZIP code, container type, timeline and site details.

2

Get Your Quote

A Container One sales representative prepares your quote. The written quote shows the delivery details for your address.

3

Delivered to Your Property

Delivery to the agreed placement point requires 110 ft of straight, unobstructed space for a 20ft container or 130 ft for a 40ft container, measured forward from the placement point. The driver cannot turn within this space. The site also needs at least 15 ft of height for driving, at least 22 ft of height along the entire unloading path, and at least 10 ft of width. Choose flat, level ground for placement.

Quick Answers

Questions

Yes, Container One's prices include delivery to your Florida address. Delivery timing depends on location, payment, weather, container availability and site access. Container One's Delivery/Dispatch department contacts you to schedule the date and time.
Shipping containers are built from Corten steel, a weathering steel designed to resist corrosion. Salt air and humidity still corrode steel over time, so for coastal properties we recommend periodic inspections and a marine-grade coating. Proper ventilation or dehumidification can help prevent interior condensation.
It depends on your county and municipality. Miami-Dade, Broward, and other metro areas may require a zoning or building permit for permanent placement. Check with your local building department before ordering.
Shipping containers are strong steel structures rated to stack nine high when fully loaded. However, in hurricane-prone areas like Florida, proper anchoring is needed. We recommend securing containers with anchor bolts to a concrete pad or using twist-lock tie-downs. In High Velocity Hurricane Zones like Miami-Dade and Broward counties, additional anchoring requirements may apply.
